print: On Native Land : Pinky and Bunny pull 360 pounds of uranium tailings through Petrified Forest National Park (16 x 20 inches)

$30.00

This is from our _On Native Land_ series. Background: Anyone caught removing even a small piece of fossilized wood from Petrified Forest National Park will get fined $325. But Pinky & Bunny aren't stealing souvenirs, they're just spreading deadly radioactive contamination (okay, that's not real uranium), which must not be a big deal because the U.S. Government and corporations have been doing that in Navajo country for decades and no one's punishing them.

You can get a closer look at this image and the others from this series in our project archive: https://www.pinkyshow.org/projectarchives/art-things/on-native-land-pinky-bunny-pull-360-pounds-of-uranium-tailings-through-petrified-forest-national-park

This print:

• We’ve reviewed sample prints from the printer and the colors & density were surprisingly excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of these prints.

• Paper dimensions: 16 x 20 inches (40.6 x 50.8 cm)

• 10 mil (0.25 mm) thick

• This print has a “slightly glossy” surface finish. Very nice!

• Fingerprint resistant

• This is an UNFRAMED print, rolled up and shipped in a long box.

This item is made as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making things-on-demand (instead of in “bulk”) also vastly decreases efficiency while increasing per-unit costs, but it does help reduce overproduction and waste, which we think is very important! :)
